It's the Terrigen Mists that the Inhumans use to get their powers. There was an accident in-universe just over a year ago where vast amounts of it leaked out into the surrounding human populace and as a result, some people have gained powers after exposure to it.
I think that's why they said "Arguably the best". For me, I still prefer the Xbox 360 controller to the Xbox One's, as although the stick-height difference isn't much, it's enough for me to feel less in control due to the way I use my thumbs with the analogue sticks.
That's exactly what I'm doing. Haven't even logged in since just before the release of the first DLC and won't again until the second piece is out.

That Resident Evil picture just shows how ridiculous the series became. That first zombie was bloody terrifying. The blobby-monster-mess far less so.
The difference being that Jesus only spent a weekend in a cave. Destiny players have spent at least a week and a half at one and counting.
