But MOST of the very best episodes of the series were directed by Lynch. And while it's cool he at least co-wrote the scripts, on-set or pre-production inspiration and improvisation is a huge part of Lynch's creative process (see, perhaps most famously, the origin and casting of the character of Bob). I think not…
