Why do people here hate clean, smooth styling? Until the last 10ish years, the Accord has always been anonymous, inoffensive, and surprisingly communicative at the helm of the wheel.

Wow this site has really gone downhill.
Why not make a V8 the size of a V6?
Well those purists are gonna be forced to become a lot less ‘pure’ in the coming years... LOL
Nothing a new BRZ STI wouldn’t turn around, am I right Subaru fans?
Though I’m not someone who actually knows what he’s talking about, wouldn’t fake headlights be a great place to put all the sensors and cameras and gibbins and guffins that all those adaptive whatsits and whosits need? Way better than the standard “big piece of plastic we slapped a picture of a grille on” at a minimum.
What is with the funky-ass offset on those rear wheels? Looks like shit. Love the rest of the car, but as ever with new cars I’m frustrated with not being able to option it how I want. I understand production limitations, but for some things it just doesn’t make sense and if I’m paying $40k I don’t feel like I…
Whoever created this configurator model needs to be reassigned. The rear wheel position is all wonky. Way too inboard. I should not be seeing the bottom edge of the rear fender. It should disappear behind the edge of the tire which should be nearly flush with the fender lip. This model makes the tires look skinny…
and pleased to see there is still a spoiler delete option ;)
Not for crowds at Cars and Coffee. I hear warnings have now been issued.
This was a joke, right? Nobody got it?
Hey, one of the most renowned aspects of the original MR2 was its ridiculous practicality (for a mid-engined sports car). I’m not on team “trunk-space,” but I think the OP was saying that Toyota went from two quite usable trunks in the AW to really none with the ZZW.
Off topic (sort of), but I’d love to see an article on Jalopnik of “best sports cars to carry lumber or other long objects in”
Lack of storage space is often a deal breaker for people that can only have one car. Yes we like fun, but sometimes life gets in the way. Besides, it’s not really hard to have some trunk space in a mid-engined car. If my Elise can have a trunk that can fit groceries (or a toolbox, a floorjack, an air compressor,…
You shut your mouth.
This is cool news and all, but what they should be doing is exploring all the SUV niches again, because that is what people are buying lots of.
