No. No no no. I don't know if Jackson molested THAT kid, but it seems very likely—certainly beyond the reasonable doubt standard of a criminal trial—that he molested some kid. Dude had an FBI file covering multiple incidents for decades prior to ANY of his various child molestation trials.
