Besides the vibrations from the base machinery, the base is under about a hundred feet (?) of water, subject to cold temperatures, currents, and high pressure. Metal groaning and settling would be happening all the time.

That preview image makes me want to get a flamethrower to kill the Thing that has only partially assimilated the Scooby Gang.

It also showcases Purefoy doing a bunch of classic shadowy villain stuff…

The Mandarin wasn't an actor.
An actor was an imposter playing the Mandarin.

That puts a whole new spin on how Michael Bay was "doing a donut". (I didn't realize that this type of donut was glazed… ew!)

I saw an interview where BJ was asked to name his favorite song from the ones he wrote, and struggled with several choices. He was then asked for his least favorite, and he quickly turned around to his piano and started playing that "one chord".

I thought Hollywood decided that no one like movies with "Mars" in the title.
Shouldn't this movie have been renamed as "The Tian"?

For all of its other faults, I was impressed that "John Carter (of Mars)" cast a 35 year old actress as the love interest of the actor, who was 4 years younger than her. (Lynn Collins did look great in that film.)

Are you saying that Upton's tits can act better than Kate or Margot?

Imagining Star Wars where the trash compactor monster is Leia's boyfriend

I come to bury ABC, not to praise it

I thought the best stunt was actually the random redshirt guard at the dinner feast. The guy was ripped, and his moves warming up were blazing fast.

At least on Seinfeld, the penis shrinkage was not the joke.
George freaking out and overreacting was the joke.

Or the Gibson Ransom team-up.

At first I thought the picture at the top was from Blade 2.
I can imagine del Toro laughing about putting a Welles reference into a Marvel horror superhero movie.

"Heroes: Genysys"
Coming soon to SyFy

And it was four seasons before Joffrey got his just desserts.

That would be interesting.
Roose congratulates his son, and have Ramsay (petulantly) complain that a bunch of fires broke out just as they were entering the camp.

I started to have a panic attack when I saw the review, when I thought I missed the season opener. (It definitely worked to remind me set up the DVR for tonight.)

Littlefinger is directly responsible, like you said, for almost everything.
