I see there’s a few folks who spend their time inspecting the grocery carts of others and looking to see how people pay for their groceries so they can judge them. Worrying about what YOU are eating should be your first and only concern.

People on a limited income, when shopping for food , especially when feeding children, are going to buy foods that  will keep their kids full and satisfied to make those dollars stretch.   Healthy  food in food deserts is either really expensive, looks like your dog snacked on it first then spit it up or both.  …

Good for him! Thanks to Chadwick I FINALLY made myself go and get the colonoscopy that I’ve been putting off for years and got an all clear. I made it into such a big, scary deal in my head I would talk myself out of going. Chadwick’s death shocked my into getting over my fear.

We’ve been home way too long if folks have time to freak out that a celebrity isn’t carrying a cheap bag.

Most of us grew up thinking most vegetables disgusting because no one knew how to cook them.  Everything was boiled into being as tasteless as possible.  Sauteing and roasting make most vegetables previously thought to be vile , delicious.
