The easiest thing to do when you can’t cook but want to, is get a recipe and follow it  ( if no one is around to teach you). Do it on a  Sat or Sun when you have nothing else to do and take your time. Read the recipe through before you do anything , then do all your measuring and chopping, make your meal.
