That and buying these used means the depreciation is likely very, very low. It’s not a bad financial decision. It’s not income producing, but it’s not net worth destroying, either.

I myself want to buy a F430. My neighbors would think that is overly garish, but I’m in a very different financial position than my neighbors.
Most rich people don’t live in garish large houses. Most that do are in a lot of debt. Well, maybe people with 9 figure net worths do, but most would consider a 7 figure net worth to be rich, too. Easily like 100x of the latter than the former, and they live in “regular” houses for the most part.
