Umm, it’s not. The only examples that anyone will talk about are when an investigation was done, a suspect of violence trying to burn down a courthouse was identified, they found said suspect, brought him in outside the crowded area, took him in for questioning, and RELEASED him a few hours later.

And he did that by doing exactly what? Cutting travel? Shutting everything down? No. He didn’t have to do much of anything because ebola wasn’t even close to the same threat.
