BMI works fairly well for evaluating large populations, because people with high BMI but low percentage body fat are statistically countered by people with low BMI but high body fact. It’s pretty deeply flawed for individuals, though.

It’s just Industrial Light and Magic at Letterman. Pixar is in Emeryville, and the rest of Lucas Film is on Skywalker Ranch.
Anyone new to 3d should stay far away from RenderMan. It's a great program if you have a very deep knowledge of rendering algorithms because it gives you very fine control, but by the same token, if you're not an expert it's extremely difficult to use well. Unless you are, or aspire to be, a lighting TD at a mid to…
I'd hesitate to call anything involving RenderMan easy. It's designed for use by dedicated rendering TDs at mid to large sized studios. It's powerful, but it's very, very fussy.
That being said, it's a stand alone renderer. Integrating it with any 3d package is relatively straightforward, and a Google search will give…
Those numbers are unreasonably high for most situations, because they assume you're unwilling to ever touch your capital, and you're not getting any sort of government benefits. Realistically, most people will need much less then that.
The chart is calculating how long you'd need to save up enough to keep spending what you're currently spending indefinitely. If you're not currently spending anything (because everything is going into savings), you don't need to save up to retire.

From a strictly mathematical point of view, the numbers are right, but there's an inherent inaccuracy because they're extrapolating mathematically rather than looking at actual long-term data. In practice, I'd imagine (for example) people are more likely to missuse a condom during their first couple years of having…
You'll definitely want more than 4 GB of RAM for Photoshop and Vegas. Beyond that, the 300 dollar machine should be usable, but you'd definitely notice the difference if you got the 600 dollar build. I'd recommend waiting.
Does anyone have any source on flossers being less effective? The American Dental Association seems to approve of them.
