Creepy Congrats
Oregon Trail and Carmen Sandiego were staples in my elementary, as was Mavis Beacon. I remember playing all but 7 and 8. Picadilly Circus wasn't mentioned, but that was another fun favorite in our classroom back in the day.
If it comes in that Euro-flavored sassy green, that means I can just wait for this one.
I'm just surprised they aren't doing the ribbons on the pink lites.
I actually miss the cheesy acting of the oldies, like Sewer Shark, 7th Guest, or even Night Trap. It was awkward, but hilarious watchings and fun to look back to.
@Dragonzigg: Does it count that I'm from the US but here in the UK with Brit hubby? Okay he counts at least.
@deadjesterx: That a nice list there. I couldn't help but start laughing internally at the Zeus hands bit myself. Zeus hands.. light sabers... if they get any money off of that, there's another hunk of faith in humanity's common sense tossed aside.
@Aaron-173: Nice, the expand/collapse concept would be dandy on those really long conversations that you might want to stay out of.
Ibuprofin, a cool shower, a cold drink, and sleep usually does it for me.
Don't forget me King *waves paws in the air*
I love the Valhalla one, made me chuckle, and I spy a Lost Viking in there!
I'm tagging along with the rest that didn't make it Tales of Consolia.
*hops on the FPS bandwagon*
Why can't our bargain bins ever contain good stuff like that? All we get to choose from is something like Lemmings and some random Critterz game.
I'm pretty excited for this, but how are the servers now? I was playing just before they closed off the closed beta servers and it was still incredibly laggy, crashy, and had texture and model glitches.
Old NES running pad and a game of Track And Field to close to the tv at a friend's house. Consequently, trying to run too hard on the thing caused me to dip forward and bump my head on the tv while my brother laughed so hard sitting on the bed watching that his head smacked the wall behind him. Ah.. good days.
*shiver* I remember heading to places like Brookstone or The Sharper Image and watching the older folk and/or children playing with these machines... Just didn't look right outside the shop.
"Let them eat cake"
This UK version also get the sticker book and pouch or are we arsed out on that?
