I just want to get paid for writing them!

My mom was super strict on curfews and an hour earlier than all my friends, and often would not come to pick me up, so I was left to beg my friends to take me home earlier than they had to leave or get grounded for being five minutes late. My mom’s solution was just don’t go.

Ugh. Good point. Yeah once upon a time I was able to drink right from the rim of a cup. Wait, I still can do that. :) I’ve been practicing refusing straws and it’s not been a dramatic change in my lifestyle.

Hey Sara, I read another comment that you wrote about copyediting that you worked on the NYT copy desk. I’d love to talk to you about that, doing some research for a project. I’m @melmoore614 on Twitter if you could dm me that’d be great!

Hey Kazali, I know this was a while ago— but I would appreciate talking to you for some research I am doing about this particular job at the NY Times. I’m @melmoore614 on twitter if you wouldn’t mind dm’ing me there?
