And yet there he is, partying away with the family in the final moments of the episode, with zero resolution to his story. It’s such a choice.

That’s fair, to be honest. And I’d say that even by those standards, Fiona’s exit failed to grapple with all of that. By saying the character deserved better, I don’t mean a “better fate.” I mean an exit more befitting the complexity of her character arc—I’m not as hard on her as you are, but I don’t think the episode

What happened to Lips IQ? They seem to have shaved 30 points off of it. Smart Lip would have sought science-based treatment for alcohol dependency — would not have bought into nonsense like AA, which induces success at a rate no higher than spontaneous remission. Smart Lip was more interesting than brooding, pouty,

Larry Miller is hilarious and perfect as the sycophant salesperson in the famous shopping scene.

Hopefully the nonsensical, possibly it’s-all-a-hoax plot this season will once again be resolved, as all great stories must be, by the power of interpretive dance

Ugh! Everyone knows that a woman with wizard powers wouldn’t be able to do as many space push ups as a man with wizard powers!

It is officially LA Noir now that we have confirmation of a daughter by incest.

I was truly blown away by Dorff’s entire performance.

You’re right. That opinion is unpopular.

Your concern is not unwarranted. My wife and I fell in love with caper comedy “The Catch,” also an ABC mid-season offering, only to see it offed at the end of it’s second season despite a great cast and that second season being better than the first.

This was great, but I have no idea how they’ll be able to wrap this all up before the season is over.

This episode was really well done, but so brutal to watch. Aya Cash killed it once again but tragic is right. Excited to see who Lindsay is engaged to now. In the future it clearly looks like Gretchen and Jimmy broke up/called off the wedding, but it looks like they’ll reunite for Lindsay’s wedding and it’ll be

It is a pretty substantial plot thread that has gone completely ignored and is a great example of how lazy the writing on Shameless has gotten over the last few seasons, which is why it keeps getting mentioned I think. For someone who has lived a life where more than a half-dozen people living in a house have to fight

I thought it was just me that thought shameless went downhill big big time this season. It use to be one of my favorite shows and was always so into it. This season hasn't been the same at all.

I still firmly believe Shameless would have best ended with the season 3 finale.
