That is partially why snapchat took off I think, young kids didn’t want a permanent record of their awkward adolescence and the ephemeral nature of it was a feature.

Kevin Spacey everyone knows it is just the tip of the iceberg. He’s probably not getting hired by anyone reputable for a while. He’s not a big enough star. Hardwick is less famous but is the entirety of the shows he hosts.

Yes they realized they hired a crazy person. I think very few actors could have just tweeted that single joke and not been fired though, it was that bad and has dominated the narrative for a good reason.

I just was confused by the assertion that her tweet wasn’t a joke. I think OP’s point was the difference was that Roseanne is racist, and Gunn is not a pedophile, which is probably true and I agree with.

I think that’s their meta point actually, that internet faux outrage is largely in bad faith and has been weaponized.
