If you look at someone with an eating disorder and think they look great, you are missing the point. Its not how you think they look, its how they think they look. As someone who suffered from an eating disorder for years, I know this first hand.

As someone who has fought back from an ED I will tell you that it depends on where you are in your fight. For me, the more people that said it to me, the more I heard "you dont look good" From the reaction this girl posted, Id say thats what she heard too.
