Drivers not knowing basic traffic rules... such as making U-turns. If you’re making a U-turn in front of the opposite-facing traffic... you don’t have the right of way. What’s worse is their reaction when they think they do.

I feel for you... I never had allergies as a child growing up on Staten Island. Went to Cleveland (don’t ask), still none.
