Getting organised for Monday on Friday is a great idea. I refuse to take meetings on Mondays because I love getting back to work after a break at the weekend (perhaps I am just a bit odd?). I do a bit of prep on Sunday evenings to make sure everything is set up to go for Monday morning

Great points in this article. In my experience the culture of “presenteeism” is strong and getting stronger. People feel under pressure to stay at work longer and longer despite achieving less and less.

Absolutely agree that handwriting beats typing for retention. I always handwrite all the notes from meetings, from books I am reading and also handwrite my to do lists and goals. I often find myself doing something that’s on my list without actually having looked at my list. It seems that just writing the action down
