Not Trump. This tweet reads like it was done by someone else. (And it probably was. I am guessing, Ivanka.) When has he ever invoked “God” in relation to any attack be it domestic or international? The only time has been remotely religious was when he trying to con the Right. The Almighty Dollar is this guy’s one and

We don’t know if it is an act of terrorism. If the motive is political and/or religious then, yes, this was an act of terrorism. If it was any other reason like he hated the singer and his fans or little green men in space told him to do it or he wanted to feel what it was like to be God and smite people or whatever,

That show was so before its time. If it came out now and aired on the likes of hulu or Netflix, it would be this weird cult hit.

This is more of a celebrity thing than a man/woman thing. Remember all those photos of Orlando Blood paddleboarding naked? Remember how Jez was all over those photos?

I know someone who excited by the trend....

Just go back to Christian Roman times, become a citizen and then with the Empire invade and colonize the rest of Europe.

Was it supposed to be the 60's? I thought it was the 50's. I have to watch that episode again.

Ah, yes, the look for the Amish girl that is just too sexy for the butter churner.

I liked Laurel but, yeah, she didn’t make the best Black Canary. That’s why I am loving Dinah as the new one. At least her cry is an actual power and not produced by a gadget. Also, they actually got the name right. Black Canary is supposed to be a Dinah and not a Laurel.

Before I continue, I will say that I have not watched Arrow since season 3

Go listen to Misfits. I call Radkey their son for a reason. The leader singer of Radkey sounds like he was the lead singer of the Misfit’s long lost child.

At first I was like, how the hell is this in any way like pop punk? But then I remembered these kids were raised on the “pop punk” likes of All American Rejects and Avril Lavigne. And that explains so much.

That part makes sense if you think about it for a moment. They had just gotten rid of It, or so they thought. Therefore, they defeated the evil and their lives from that point on should have been all rosy and sunny like your typical story about kids fighting evil. But then Bev does this. And it’s disturbing with

Thank you. And I believe you are right. Especially after his “Humane Society” quip.

So, what was the amendment about that got his C Everett Koop cosplay feathers ruffled? Anyone know?

Wow, I came into this thread thinking I would find praise. But there is so much negativity. And short sighted negativity.

Empire of the Sun. One of Spielberg’s earlier films. It’s about a British boy living in China who becomes separated from his family and then becomes a prisoner of war after the Japanese invade. Say what you want about Spielberg but he knows how to get great performances from children.

“Sort of there.” There are many, many things you can say about Bale including but not limited to being bat guano crazy for the hell he puts his body through but don’t even hint that he is mediocre actor. He is one of the best in the business. Ever since he was a kid. And I don’t mean, kid as in a twenty-something. I

My favorite video by him is the one that introduced me to him and Bjork; “Human Behavior.” It has a sinister folktale vibe to it that I so love.

I am looking forward to it. I miss weird and bizarre creative music videos. (They were at their peak weirdness in the 90's. Now every so often there comes one or two along.)  Gondry treats every one that he does like it’s a short indie film.
