"a) not feel like she can't take pictures of herself in private and b) should not have her photos disseminated in any way she does not choose. "

if you didn't have lives, you wouldn't have 1-Ups. The challenge of finding them hidden around, plus the satisfying twinkle sound makes them worth keeping.

Wow, are feminists dumb too? That doesn't even make sense.

*laughs you off the stage*

You know why people DGAF about feminism? Because feminists don't listen to people who aren't part of their little cult.

very creative. you just cut and pasted from the article title.

Academic feminist theory tends to read like the Feminist theory wikipedia article, a long and pointless collection of jargon and meandering commentary.

i think this is his way to justify seeing cheating, and/or a divorce.

I don't even know what you're trying to say. Should I be offended?

you can bury your head in the sand but you're just fooling yourself if you buy into the feminist circlejerk.

I'm not an expert on feminist theory, but i have a read a good deal of feminist writing so I spoke to what i know. As for feminist theory, what I have read I find questionable. There's a lot of conjecture that only makes sense in an assumed context. It's easy (as an outsider) to poke holes in these theories.

you're attacking a straw man. I said feminists are irrational. Not women. Please take your polarizing hate speech somewhere else.

So you're saying that theories on social science are nothing more than vague collections of feelings and sound bytes. I can agree with you there. What I disagree with is how anecdotal evidence somehow becomes scientific fact.

I am wont to find any facts or research about feminism in the feminist journalism i read (this piece notwithstanding). It's far more likely that any feminism piece of "journalism" will involve appeal to emotions rather than scientific fact. Case in point the "IDGAF" battle cry.

i did no such thing. I have pointed out that feminists have a tendency to avoid rational argument. This IDGAF / "I don't care what you think" mentality only reinforces this tendency by insulating feminist writers/believers from outsider perspectives.

"feminist issues", as per the opening line.

oooh, good one. Did you think of that yourself or did you read the article first?

haha. very cool headed argument there. thanks for proving my point.

women write valiantly and cool-headedly about feminist issues with facts, impassioned arguments, research, and insight

I'm a Plex zealot. I think it's the best thing ever.
