The basic plot is good, the execution leave a lot to be desired. The villain are all super cartoonish so it’s hard to take anything seriously. And there’s more than a few episode that are mostly filler, so the serious part have to be done very quickly, often trough huge convenience. Some element just come out of

At this point, only things that really matter, is Yoko Kanno doing the music?

Same, loved everything but the last 2 episode. I actually though white was very interesting, until the second to last episode where she became insanely boring. We went from crazy imaginative world to super cliche brother and sister struggle with boring antagonist. It was serviceable has an episode, but definitely the

As much as I like nier/drakengard story, it’s gameplay is very weak, and I feel like its going downhill, with drak1 and 2 having better gameplay than nier which had better gameplay than drake 3. So unless they reverse the trend, I’m just gonna watch a let play of this one.

Yeah about cooperation and making a better game. The best dev will take all the good idea and make a good game (and probably all the good employ over time) and everybody will release a so-so game that won’t sell.

“You are not in competition with other developers, especially other small independent ones.”

There not good idea, that’s why they have issues. There fundamentally flawed and will never be fixed because everything they provide is already provided by other product, except better and cheaper.

It really isn’t, you get bad experience maybe once every 30 match. And after awhile and you’ll start playing against other regular player, toxicity become practically non existent. This is just a case of people repeating something so often it become bigger than it really is.

Why would game dev make game that appeal on youtube? They get one sale for thousands of people that “play” there game.

I’m hoping with the rise in of let’s play video we’ll see more game with good balance and deep gameplay. It’s kinda hard to justify paying 60$ for a game with button mashing gameplay when I can get the same experience watching a let’s play while mashing random button on a controller.

Well I’ve already finished watching comet lucifer and it’s pretty decent, it was called eureka seven when I first did though, was superficially different.

Sounds cool but will almost certainly face an insurmountable challenge like every multiplayer indie game, low population.

Is it me or is that wii kinda yellowish? Is he a super heavy smoker?

Oh noes, now how are you going to have meaningful discussion in an auto scrolling chat that only display a few message and is can be used by any of the thousands of watcher.

Damn, 15 hour? I figured I’d drop to the third planet, maybe find a new ship, realize I’ve essentially saw 95% of the game and stop, so like 4 hour maybe

While its a good show, but its very very repetitive, in the middle of the first part there’s 3 episode in a row that have the exact same plot (main girl get in trouble, Takeo does something heroic to save her, everyone get embarrass). So I don’t think anyone is missing much by skipping it, the high are high, but the

Hum, second spoiler, I think pretty much everybody and there grandma figured it out at episode 1 (at least like 80%+ of people I’ve read on forum called it in the first 2 episode), it was very obviously telegraph, so much so that I wish the show didn’t act like it was a big reveal.

When it originally came out I was bummed that it came out on vita, but people keep saying that the game needed to be on the vita because it’d never work without the motion censor, something which I though was ridiculous and showed an incredible lack of imagination. Look who’s vindicated. Once again, motion control

It’s been awhile since I played it, but I though in SO1 the basic premise was also that the main character were getting visited. Anyway kinda disappointed that there going generic fantasy setting like 90% of JRPG. As disappointed as I was with SO4, I still liked the setting for being different.

Every time I see something about VR I get flashback to motion control, kinect and, in a lesser way, the 3DS 3D. Everyone is always going “I didn’t think it would work, but now that I tried it it’s going to revolutionize everything once a few minor setback are fixed”. And, well... none of those did, they all came and
