Apparently she's 5'11"

We've had this conversation many times on Jezebel before. Plus size is modeling is not the same thing as what the rest of the world means by plus size.

11/11 is Pepero Day in South Korea and Pocky Day in Japan.

I love Stephen Colbert best though.

I had a college radio program for a little while (it was a very small school), so we had to learn about that sort of thing, but I had trouble remembering specifics

I made a screencap, in case people don't want to wade into that shit. I hope kinja allows zooming in

While this guy is a weirdo for looking to hire a fake family, I don't think his argument is totally off-base. I've heard a lot of stories of men with families being paid more than other workers. It doesn't seem to apply to women with children though :[

Yessssssss. Do it please.

Oh my God. I wish someone would email that poor girl and show her her bf's posts so she can kick his ass out.

I think it's supposed to work on girls with low self-esteem :[

Can't they broadcast that sort of thing at 4am because of the safe harbor rules?

Oh my God. I thought that was a joke trailer someone made for Youtube.....that's a real movie????????????

Now playing

I never read Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark as a kid (I've read it recently though), but I did own Alvin Schwartz's collection of stories for younger kids, In a Dark, Dark Room and Other Scary Stories. I loved it.

When I grow up, I want to be Yuko Yamaguchi

After I read your comment, I did a search and found this. Now I am sad .____.

Considering that regular ol' weddings nowadays often cost thousands of dollars, I'd definitely consider having a destination wedding. I'd much rather spend my money on a nice vacation and have an excuse to only invite my closest family and friends than spend it on overpriced food & flowers.

Omigosh, they do look alike! Your dog is so cute! That's exactly what my mom's dog does when she's in her car seat.

My favorite Mary Downing Hahn ghost story is The Old Willis Place. It's so completely sad (and of course, creepy). I think the narrative style is pretty unique for a children's book as well.

Yeah, Mary Downing Hahn also wrote The Doll in the Garden. I really liked that one because it involves a bit of timeslip.

lol. I think it's from some Christian chick lit imprint. Which is apparently a thing?
