Poorly, too.

Strange bedfellows and all that, eh wot?

I volunteer to be the guy to tip him into the volcano, if no one else has called it yet.

C'mon, Drudge people, we know you're a joke already.

Better than what we have right now.

And then drill into their eyes with your unblinking stare from beneath bushy eyebrows.

" Hamburger Helper isn’t free, unless you’re a coastal elite."

I admit I'm intrigued as well, despite the fact it's a TV show and nominally about super heroes. But jeez, man, I dunno…

Imagine if two of the stars clashed on set, then we could see the headline "Petty Pudi Kicks Tudyk."

I certainly agree with the cowardly BBC prediction.

There really wasn't much of a rating sag either. The numbers may be lower, but it's not by any large percent, it's pretty much been coasting along at the same levels since Mr. Super Popular With Everyone Tennant left.

I once looked into his IMDB and it turns out Troughton still got a lot of work afterwards.

Except for that last one; that final Baker season is when my love for the show started to die out before the RTD reboot.

I think the "same-i-ness" that everyone points to is the fact that he's done so much Who at this point. You know, Jack Kirby didn't really have too wide a range either, but it was still fun to go down that road with him. I feel pretty much the same way about Moffat.

I'm with you too. I've enjoyed most of every era of Doctor Who (most, but not all, and you can probably guess which show runner I'm thinking of), but Moffat's done a lot of good things no one else ever had up to this point. Yes, mistakes have been made, there's almost never been a perfect Who, but Moffat's been one

So was Capaldi.

The sad fact is that he's thin-skinned enough to be bothered by such stuff, look for an angry tweet later today!

This reminds me of the 80s when a few punk bands weren't allowed over the pond to play in the US, denied a temp visa due to "lack of artistic merit" I believe they said. Of course, they were white, so of course the modern day has found a way to spin this to be more insulting to one's intelligence and human rights in

Facebook is poised to become the "portal to the internet" everyone was trying to be in the 90s, it's just about inevitable at this point. Yes, FB is crap, but it is THE crap these days.

There's a big gap between knowingly reporting false crap (looking at you, Fox News, et al) and being taken in by a false story. It's also worth pointing out how falling for such a false story these days would be about par for course, considering how news today doesn't even have to be true.
