Are you not supposed to wear black to a wedding? I definitely have worn black to weddings. Uh oh.
I had a blue wedding dress. A lot of people were worried they weren't allowed to wear white OR blue. I told them to go ahead an wear whatever they wanted because I didn't care. I'm sure your green dress will be amazing!
this comparison makes no sense. Models GET paid to be in vogue, they aren't the ones paying. So regardless of what you think of sex work, this isn't it.
This is EXACTLY right. Great comparison. We get paid to do regular work because it is in service of those we have no other connection to than money. Even if my boss (who I like) called me up out of the blue in three years when I work for someone else and asked me to do a pitch for her, I wouldn't. Because I'm not…
I came here to write the exact same thing!
I haven't read all of the comments yet, but doesn't this open up the door to legalizing killing doctors who perform abortions? Like, any pregnant woman could kill a doctor and claim that they had "a reasonable fear of imminent peril of death or great bodily injury to herself or her unborn child."
Mine all just tell me when to add resistance and how long I have to sprint for. I mostly choose them based on their music selections. I've never had anyone yell, at most they just say "Don't stop yet, keep pushing!"
I went to a women's college too, and thought the same thing! What about me Princeton Mom? Am I just "doomed" to be barren forever? And/or have less smart kids because I didn't meet my husband at the same college that I went to (he actually might be the smarter one)?
What do you mean? The driver fell asleep. End of story. They just announced that she had fallen asleep driving the train recently and been reprimanded for it: http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/bre…
Yeah, I think that is an overreaction. It is adding 5-10 minutes onto commutes to/from the airport, but otherwise hasn't effected traffic on the blue line otherwise.
This is so messed up. Even the FLDS gives the wives prior knowledge when their husbands is taking a new wife (they force them to be part of the wedding ceremony). Obviously in both situations consent would be best, but lacking that, I'm still really shocked by this.
I'm sorry for you loss. Hugs!
Definitely read your comment as saying "I think when a person well liked by a website speaks about one of those things in a pubic matter, it's completely reasonable to decide that it's now worthy of that specific website's attention." Still worked.
Agreed. She seemed a bit alternative for their tastes. They might have been a bit better going with a younger Britney Spears-type singer.
The quote was from Sheryl Sandberg: "If you're offered a seat on a rocket ship, don't ask what seat! Just get on."
Yeah I was super confused by the Carrie Bishop casting. First of all, why wouldn't Leighton come back? She's not that busy. Second of all, Cobb wasn't in the original series, so they may as well have just made up some other character since it was really confusing. I thought it was Leighton and then convinced myself I…
I think if you hadn't seen ANY episodes you might be a bit lost. You definitely only need to have a vague awareness of who Piz is from season three. They know everyone hates that season. The guy who plays Piz didn't even think he'd be included in the movie. You should go see it. It was really fun! I'm not sure someone…
I lost my new glasses there at my reunion. So so fun!
I once fell down while grinding at the Backer. My entire body was cover in the floor slime. But I was drunk and stayed out. Worth it.
