I enjoyed it. It wasn’t the run and gun circle-strafe Doom of the past, but it was dark, dank, and solitary. There are worse FPS games out there, and certainly worse FPS games that are in the horror mold. For what you can probably get it for now, it’s worth a playthrough.

As far as demos go, this is the only reason I’d pirate a game. If I was unsure if it was worth the price/if I’d like it. If there was a demo, I’d play that and decide, but without one, I’d pirate, play, and if I liked it I’d buy a legit copy. If not, then I wouldn’t.
