Yup. My grandma was a nurse for decades and had all her 8 babies (her first in 1953) by hypnobirth. She’s the furthest from woo as you could possibly be. I tried it out when I was pregnant but intrusive thought and meditation don’t seem to work that well.

Ooh you just reminded me of my lunch pizza. We discovered Mod pizza today. I had a oven fired pizza with mozzarella, bbq chicken, red onion, bbq sauce drizzle, and Gorgonzola. I will never want bbq chicken without Gorgonzola again. It was amazing.
