Many a court has struck down non-compete clauses. You can’t keep somebody from working and earning a living in your chosen profession. Unfortunately in this case, it appears he did more than just ‘earn a living’.

Everybody loves their first, it’s natural. I absolutely adored DS1. And really didn’t like DS2. Loved Bloodborne and DS3. So I feel like I’m capable of tempering my expectations. Didn’t change the fact that DS2 was a letdown for me.

Well I was disappointed. After playing DS1 for hundreds of hours, I played through DS2 twice. Playing through a game twice should indicate a great game. And in some respects its true, but compared to DS1, and the countless playthroughs I did, it’s a disappointment.
