yeah I think (or they think) that there is a very real chance that the hip prevents him from ever again being a beast. No one knows - it’ll take time (years?) to figure that out. The Cavs were not the right team to patiently wait for the answer.

Look, the Patriots are our generation’s most successful dynasty, across US pro sports. It will end, I promise, and even though we are all looking forward to that, it won’t take away from their success.

The question is whether or not the Patriots win if Butler plays, like he did all season. The fact that there were other things that happened that could have swung this close game is not surprising and not relevant.
