That was a very interesting read, and took me down the Canadian wormhole of the Galloway case before returning to finish this article. To be honest, I was surprised by this take at the end, which seems to disingenuously suggest that the Boyden and Galloway debates were just quiet little private conversations and not

Horrible. Her little shove in no way justifies his brutal reaction.

I think the point he’s trying to make is that this would be a huge scandal if it happened between two good schools. He’s subbing in Louisville for WF, and Clemson for Louisville. It’s clunky.

Wow, Thebingochamp (the guy defending Louisville) is a pretty extreme example of the sports crazy. He appears to have gone digging in the tax records of the author (Rosenberg), I guess to argue that if Rosenberg’s house is under-assessed, he must be a hypocrite for writing something negative about Louisville.

I guess for now all we get is the statement that his alleged (non)responses to the reports of rape and assault “were false, both in their particular details and in their main point, essence or gist.” Baylor?

Yes! This is good news I think. Let’s shine a light on that whole mess finally.

Honestly, the Warriors are even better (not that they could improve that much) and its pretty unreasonable to think that the Cavs can summon that otherwordly level of desire again. I’d say this season is over already.

Any rich person who is feeling charitable is going to give directly or to a charity, rather than make a donation to government hoping for redistribution. That would be insane.

Say 20% rather than remaining stagnant.

I liked that too!

Yeah, I didn’t really understand the original post. Is there some reason that humans aren’t going to intervene from the outside?

Not sure what you mean, NHL is around 93% white I think. That doesn’t match the US either.

I think this is the consensus.

Yeah but you’re ignoring the odds there. The Indians, especially without 2 of their big 3, were huge underdogs. The Cubs were the best team in baseball all year.
