I am out of liquor and F**K's to give about Jason's film. So that would be a negative.

You don't always know during the shoot. You have to keep something on the side for contingency for the unforeseen in case it happens at the last moment. Heck she could have had meal penalties for the last day if she hadn't kept contingency she would be screwed and HBO would be in her ass. I clearly don't get what

Or was she constantly edited that way to create conflict? A thousand decisions have to be made, on set, by the director. We saw a few interactions.

Her job is from the start of the production until wrap. She is not morally, contractually or even financially obligated to stay for reshoots. Did you notice the change in crew? People book jobs and move on. She WAS NOT unprofessional and she controlled herself fine with Jason.

She said it in the second episode and again it should have been Joubert (who is creative producer) catching that. Plus all of the people at HBO that should have read and approved the script for production.

It is not why should they it is why don't they find the qualified women and people of color. If you want to keep your head in the sand and feel that only white men can direct YOU are the problem. The fact that it is 2015 and we are still seeing less than whole number percentages of female and people of color

Drop the mic!!!!!! Best comment on this thread. I will be tweeting this like a mofo. Kudos to you wykstrad! Kudos my good man!

Why is she terrible at her job? Ppl have found issues with her personality but no evidence has been shown that she is "terrible at her job" . Effie has other projects lined up with HBO do they routinely hire ppl they know that are terrible at their job?

Great insight. Did you see the film all the way through? I got bored 10 minutes in. I think I am tainted by the other Greenlight films and how spectacularly bad they were that I can't work up the mental energy to be fair with this one and not let all the bg drama cloud my opinion.

i wonder how many producers will want to work with Jason. He's only grown more entitled by this and if Marc had switched jobs with Effie, they would have gotten very little accomplished.

Effie is fun to work with. She and Jason did not click that shouldn't reflect on her entire career nor her prospects in the future. If she was as toxic as you feel she is she would not be moving from project to project and a thriving career.

Credits matter in Hollywood don't you hear how much they spout them. They are currency in Hollywood

I thought I was the only one noticing this. I felt that Marc was a yes man all along and I checked his credits he has been with Ben and Matt since the first Project so it explains how he mirrors whatever they feel. That remark that Jason was obviously a genius and knew what the better stunt would be but he was going
