We both came with our experiences coloring the situation. I get it and I see Effie and think "I better watch if I am acting that way or doing that on set". This is a business of creative ppl and we wear our feelings close to the vest but I always feel that it should be fun and exciting and tension on the set just

Thanks Tar for clearing that up. It is not a competition I just know that I and many women that I have worked with have had to fight to get the title on projects and then get the credit for the title we signed on to do.

You, like many people I started with, were smart:) This is a great career but their are a lot of sacrifices and as you move upward it can become soul-crushing. I can tell you stories that make this television show look meek. Fortunately, I have great ppl I work with now. I am glad you have only good experiences

Tar I am going by Imdbpro and she is listed as a producer. She hasn't line produced in many projects now. I watch the show and unless she is a dual producer AND line producer I go by IMDBpro (industry standard), all of the numerous articles that refer to her as producer and her career which shows numerous producing

She is a producer. Secondly, you called her out for doing something she has the right to do as a PRODUCER. Now you feel the need to attack me for clarifying her title and her job specifications.

She is a producer. All the articles credit her as a producer. You want to make her a line producer but you would be incorrect. If you are feeling lectured because someone corrected what you stated in error, that you may attribute to inexperience.

Passive/aggressive is the director. She is agressive. She is not the line producer from my understanding she met with the line producer to get more money for the stunt. The A.D. sets background so the Producer ABSOLUTELY can have a say who goes where. All films sets have unnecessary drama they have actors.

It is unrealistic to object to a black chauffeur? Why? And what view should we expect to see?

Sad Windygirl.

Wrong. A good producer will bring your vision in on budget and on time. If you are lucky you get along….in many, many cases that is not always so. There are a lot of people on set to help coddle the director but to expect this magical producer to nurture and guide each and everyone on set means you have never been

A.J. I have worked on 30+ films so I will speak from my age and experience. I worked many years below the line and now above the line and I have worked with directors like Jason and men like Effie unfortunately only one female producer (in film) many more in commercials and television. I think you have this idea of
