I actually own a 4th gen mustang, an 02 GT. It currently needs an engine, which I will get to eventually. It's also been repainted at some point in it's life and not very well, so I bought it (with a non broken engine) hoping to teach myself how to paint a car, I figured it's better to learn on a cheap beater than an

If you'd asked several months ago I would have let you know of one that was for sale around 50 miles south of Oklahoma City. They were asking $3k and said one of the turbos needed a new seal or something, but the engine bay, interior and exterior looked really clean. I was tempted to buy it myself but I couldn't

Every time I look at a Torch article now I have to question, is this really Torch, or is it Grover?

No, but you can definitely see it takes certain design cues from it, just like this does to the mustang. It probably won't be called the "Mustang active" or anything like that.

I empathize with you buddy. I’m very seriously considering trading in my practical, reliable, decently fun 17 Hyundai Elantra Sport for an 01 Aston Martin DB7 Volante that popped up nearby for sale. 38k miles, sweet V12 and a stick. I'm tempted to at least go test drive it, but I'm afraid if I do I won't be able to

I’ve had an 87 Supra turbo manual for about a year now that I haven’t done a whole lot with. I even hauled it up to my new home because I don’t want to risk it going to a junk yard. It really needs more than what I can give it, but I’m trying to keep at it. Right now my main issue is financial, had some medical issues

I’m also looking for a non German sports sedan in the $30k range but I'm probably not actually going to buy till mid/late next year. Hopefully the Stinger GT will depreciate a bit more to fall into that price range, but I'll definitely consider all of these plus the first gen IS-F, which is what I was wanting

Hoping the Stinger GTs depreciate a bit more than other non-german sports sedans, I know the Chevy SS, Pontiac G8, Lexus IS-F and Cadillac CTS-V all held their value pretty well, at least for sedans in a SUV market. Looking to buy a RWD or AWD sedan towards the end of next year and I'm really liking the value

They can label the Bus as an SUV/CUV and get good sales, the beetle would have to be a car, which aren’t doing so hot.

The only downside to the C30 is you could only get a manual with the R-line package, and I've yet to find one in my area

I was ready to buy one of these about a year ago, guy was asking 1k and if the ad was accurate it didn’t need much work. It was a black car with a stick. When it came time to go look at it guy just stopped replying. Figure he had someone ahead of me who came by quicker. I ended up snagging a 87 Supra turbo 5 speed for

I’m actually banking on a recession, saving my pennies and waiting for cheap stocks, real estate, and classic cars. Maybe the air cooled Porsche bubble will burst and I'll be able to find one at a decent price.

Can double confirm as someone shopping for a house with a bit of land in Oklahoma

I drive a 17 Elantra Sport, I love it. Good power, great handling (for a fwd), and sweet exhaust note.

That’s the main trouble I’m going to have with my 87 Supra. I’m not doing a full restoration, more like a light restomod, but the dash is completely shot, there’s a hole about the circumference of a soccer ball on it. I’ve been looking for a new dash or a part out but haven’t had any luck, at least not in maroon.

Guess I should hold off on modifying my 87 Supra turbo. It’s the 5 speed with the adjustable suspension, just over 100k miles and clean title. If they do appreciate it’ll probably be worth more stock.

I’d honestly just get it, gut it completely and put a cage and racing seats and make it into a Spartan weekend car. I wonder how light you can get these boats if you take out all the heavy insulation and leather. They weigh nearby 5,000 lb stock, if you can strip out 1,000 in “stuff” it still wouldn't be light per se,

Sure, consumers don’t need that much capacity. They also don’t need SUVs to drive around parking lots, or a twin turbo V12 pushing 1000 horsepower. Sometimes, it’s just about what the people want.

I saw an extremely clean XG350 last week, which is the only reason my mind wandered to the Azera within the past year. I almost picked up a XG350 as a beater but the transmission was shifting kinda wonky.

When that happens to me, I just turn off the radio and listen to my exhaust.
