Once you get by the problem of how a man floating face down in a pool for an hour can still be alive, the premise works. Also, Lana's singing voice is godawful. She may not be tone deaf, but she's definitely hard of hearing.

I think episode 3 is possibly the best episode ever. Just a great blending of backstory and plot. It puts as much of a human face on Archer's bullying as all past episodes combined.
