Yeah, I think the plot is one of those alternative history shows about the beginning of the decline of the US as a national superpower. Maybe it’s like a prequel to A Handmaiden’s Tale, in season 2 Trump dies, Pence takes over, and he puts his plan to create Gilead in motion.

Yeah, I agree. As much as I’d hate to see a national spectacle made out of Trump’s birthday, it would be nice to have the day off every year to celebrate my anniversary. But the only way that would work is if it was a major national holiday, and the only way that would happen is if he was declared God-King of America…

I love to binge on comedy, stand up or otherwise, and I couldn’t make it through any of Iliza’s specials. She is just painfully unfunny, and I can find humor in many different forms of comedy.

You’re right on some accounts, but this isn’t a problem that can be solved by a few random people standing up and doing something. Other than donating bottled water, most citizens from around the country can’t do much other than add their voice to the others protesting this issue.

Today is the first time I’ve heard Amariyanna Copeny, a.k.a Little Miss Flint, and I’m damned impressed. I could only hope to have a daughter like her, and kids like that give me a bit of hope for the future.

It seems that more and more, every day, that people are struggling to separate reality from fiction. I don’t know if it is that people consume too much media, or are just deluded in general, but people seem to think that actors are pretty much the same as the characters they play on tv. Oh, you are 100% correct in that. I have no room for drama in my life these days, outside of what my wife provides that is. Since I have no use for bigoted, hateful, or drama filled people I cut them out of my life with the quickness.

It’s so funny that way. It’s a bit of a mindfuck, that’s for sure. I had VHS’s with Mr. Show, Tenacious D, and Sifl and Olly on them. That’s what my friends and I grew up on, sober or otherwise.

My wife got me the entire series on DVD for Christmas last year. Such a good show. Brings back memories of my friends and I taking LSD after high school and watching the VHS of episodes I recorded off of HBO. Ahhh the late 90's, such a simpler time.

Well lets hope it doesn’t get that bad then, because someone with only one shoe is inexcusable. The homelessness and alcoholism can be overlooked, because sometimes bad things happen and people get through their worst times. But only one shoe!? There but for the grace of God, go I.
