Same for iOS. There's a Chinese website out now that let's you download apps directly from Safari without any type hacking or jail breaking, in addition to that there's a persistent crack that allows you to spoof purchases of premium items in free to play games.

Why are you so upset about these features that you personally don't use? Are you being charged or forced to use them? Some of the features serve a purpose to some of the audience and they also generate revenue that allows MS to maintain the community for the features that you do take advantage of.
