I doubt that Apple just left out the features based off the ease most developers have had in adding the functionality through the tweaks.

Just checked and this extension (AssistantEnhancer)will also toggle system settings.

i know Siri has that capability with an tweak from Cydia but I can't remember which one.

If I know anything about getaways (which I don't) then I would say the choice of getaway vehicle don't matter nearly as much as having your route planned out is.
