Because it doesn’t work that way. In practice guy would be jailed, beaten guy would be laughed at. In reality both deserve to be fined.

He was doing it using his own (private) twitter account.

Going after people who’s jobs are in some whey dependent on him, is illegal.

Right:

Sexual advance is not harassment.

You, perhaps, need to learn the difference between unwanted advances and harassment, it looks like you think it to be the same.

Being software architect myself I’m very puzzled by your coding remark (or why on earth would anyone ask you about algorithms).

You do assume, however, that women cannot genuinely NOT like math that much, it absolutely must be sexism/bias against them, right? And that when talking about the field in which women are 2+ times more likely to be hired than men, all other things being equal...

No wonder most people don’t want to have a serious conversation when the first step is proving they even deserve a seat at the table.

Out of about 100 posts I have seen, perhaps, 3 actually not going outright ad hominem and mentioning an arguable flaw (the one about confirmation bias was the most solid one, so far).

Gender role “reinforcement” (i.e. all differences between men and women being imposed by society, none being biological) is MERELY AN IDEA, that has NEVER BEEN VERIFIED and it can not be, as it is OBVIOUSLY WRONG. Babies of different gender react very differently from the very first days of their lives, it simply can

I missed how you jumped from “women are more interested in interacting with people” into “not think critically”.

90%+ of posts are plain ad hominem attacks on the author. Hilarious.

Let me spell this out for you: we DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE if choices are biological or societal. A number of choices (and he addresses that in that doc) women made are surprisingly similar across WILDLY DIFFERENT cultures, so if it is “societal pressures” it’s one hell of a conspiracy to apply that pressure so evenly

Empathy = emotions

In which part of the document did he mention empathy for him?

You think, that if things were actually based on merit, mainly (only?) white men would lose their jobs.

There are miriads of open source project, where contributors are just nicknames (so it’s as blind to race/religion/whatever as you could imagine) yet women programmers are hard to come across.

Like, multiple studies show that if you get rid of obvious tells of someone’s race or gender, suddenly women and visible minorities are getting hired just as much.
