We increased our emissions last year so not quite sure how your plan of “reducing a little each year and it’ll become the norm” is going.  We need sweeping change at this point, we could have started with the small incremental stuff in 2002 but we didn’t because we didn’t convince the vast majority of people of the

I don’t understand how they have enough sales to completely engineer a new vehicle- the 3 GT, but don’t have enough to offer a wagon which would only need minor changes from the European wagon that can surely be mostly pilfered from the US sedan

I’ve also done several Boston to NY trips, and those are a bit shorter than what a tesla would need to be recharged on if you can find a garage with chargers(which can’t be hard) or if there was one at the Charlton service I would gladly spend 30 minutes there to break up the trip. You’ll probably have only gotten 50

You’re forgetting the rule of old (classic?) car buying...if you can’t find another one then really its up to whatever a buyer will pay. And in this case I’m sure there are many QSW fans that would gladly pay $4000 for a rust free one.

These came with all metal radiators, but uh...good joke?

Eh, have you seen the engine bay of the DB11? Can’t see much there either. Engines aren’t the beauty pieces they used to be.  Under the covers the electric stuff is actually pretty cool too

Yea and the rest of the country calls it Cali and doesn’t care.

The Chappelle Show quote should be “Cold Blooded” if I’m not mistaken

Also, removing the front end is not service position. Service position is an intermediate position where the bumper is off and the front is tilted forward for access, while keeping everything else intact.

It takes 20-30 minutes. I don’t understand all the griping on this. More room would mean even more front overhang and even worse weight bias.

Service position is extremely easy to get to, and makes everything much easier. How is that not engineering for service??

I think you should read the post again. Trump claimed “The plant is staying”, simple as that. The plant was always staying. Trump didn’t do shit and just made a rather big claim that he “saved the plant”

So many cranks still to walk...

I’ll bet its a small enough difference in handling that most people couldn’t tell and the other 5% would be reveling in the hoon.

They’re Hella crosshairs, or replicas.

I'd still call that a hatchback because of the length, as D is above (or close to) the rear wheel. I see your point now, and obviously it's easier when there are wagon variants and hatch variants of the same model to distinguish the two.

The last picture is an overlay of the 3rd onto the 2nd showing the length difference between a wagon and hatchback.

I thought all R1s (and all liter bikes in general) were sold under the premise that your life expectancy will drop immensely?

BMW s38. Knowing you can actually put lots of miles on it makes even more attractive.
