I can only speak from my own experiences with abuse, but here’s what I’m speculating happened:

The mother and Tokata Iron Eyes were both in abusive situations— physical abuse and a family adamant on not accepting their NB identity, respectively. Ezra empathized, and the two were so grateful to someone for standing up

I’d like more moms in fiction that aren’t emotionally abusive or dead to move the plot along, but this isn’t the right article for me to go on a tangent on that about.

Forgive me for a stupid question, but: I’m hearing a lot about this movie, but had never heard about Ti West or X until now. What’s the backstory of all

I’m curious to see where this season goes.

I’m wondering why Reynaldo is so drawn to Miss Puerto Rico. She’s not a relative of his that we know of, I don’t think he knew her beforehand, and he came off to me in Season 1 as aromantic/asexual, so I don’t think it’s a romance thing. Maybe he’s just empathetic and how she

Not what I meant. I don’t have that kind of parasocial attachment to celebrities.

I was just disappointed that his whole schtick was how much he loved his wife (which was a nice break from “wife bad” comedy), only to cheat on her.

I admit that the whole...whatever the hell happened between him and his ex-wife has made me not want to watch the sequel to Sack Lunch Bunch, despite me really enjoying the first one. Which kind of sucks.

Expanded. There’s a few characters who weren’t in the original (Foo Fighters, Part 4 Jotaro, Prosciutto/Pesci, Ghiaccio, several others), and all Part 1-6 characters have their anime voice actors.

I’d love an English dub DLC, but I know that’d take some work. They’d have to cast the Part 7 & 8 characters since their

I can definitely see Michaelangelo and Da Vinci being romantically/sexually attracted to men from what little we knew about their lives, even if we’ll never know in their own words how they identified. (Although I agree with the theory that “androgyny is attractive,” even if it’s just my personal tastes as a bisexual

It’ll always be the Yakuza series in my heart.

I imagine it’s difficult for branding reasons to have a common word as the title. I sometimes wonder, had Google been around much earlier, if bands like The Doors and The Police would have named themselves like they did.

Been really bummed out as of late with Ari leaving and Fahey’s passing.

I never spoke to either, but Fahey seemed fun, and impossible to dislike. As an adult who still collects action figures and LEGO and whatnot, he felt relatable. And I was always rooting for him to conquer his health problems. My condolences to his

Fredrik Knudsen of Down The Rabbit Hole fame discussed it a couple of times on his Twitch stream, the VODs should still be up.

He plays chess, I do not, but still hearing about the whole conspiracy made me laugh really hard— especially when his chat started comparing it to the Terrence D’Arby episode of JoJo’s Bizarre

Part of me thinks live action remakes are an insult to animators, with even companies who built their foundation on animation continually seeing it as “lesser than” live action, or just as something to eventually adapt into a “real movie”.

The other is very excited to see young, talented, diverse actors giving their

DC themselves did a queer female Joker named Bianca Steeplechase in the alternate universe comic Thrillkiller, although it’s never been adapted.

Now playing

A few overlapping clips in here, but I’ve been having a rough time at work lately and just rewatching clips of Laszlo pronouncing things strangely for that daily dose of serotonin.

“Icy Blue” would fit in well on a Future Funk playlist.

I like Starbound as well for both the gardening and exploration aspects, but I’m aware that the devs did...something that pissed off a lot of people who flat out refuse to play it. As someone with no knowledge of what went on, I liked it, but it scratches a specific itch of “turn your brain off when depressed and just

He’s entitled to his opinion, I just didn’t like that he was trying to get everyone else to stop watching it as well.

He was fine with computer animation if it was Flash, but the animation in Archer was too stiff for him. He didn’t like the “people watch it for the writing, not necessarily the animation” defense, either.

People do the same thing here— I don’t live in an area where films or major TV shows are filmed, and people still heavily trick out their cars and drag race around quiet suburbs where peoples’ kids are trying to sleep. And the cops don’t even attempt to do anything about it.*

*We thankfully have no cases of police

WB’s stock being driven down also has nothing to do with her, and everything to do with a brand being built on 50+ years of superhero and animation content suddenly deciding that superheroes and animation are “baby garbage no one spends money on” and shattering the hearts of many talented people who literally spent

I watched a lot of Archer back in the early seasons, but was taking an animation class at the time and the teacher ranted so much about how he hated the animation and we shouldn’t watch the show that I put it on the shelf. I should really catch up.
