I think it being a beta is definitely a factor. I could swear it looked better on the second day I played it but I had also lowered the brightness in the settings and increased the contrast on my tv. The lack of HDR is something that will hopefully be rectified.

It’s hard to explain in writing. Best thing is to download the beta when it goes public and try it for yourself. Personally for me it’s the gunplay. If I’m not in the mood for destiny I’ll load it up shoot the first enemy and be hooked right back in.

Is it just me or have the graphics actually taken a step back? I’m playing the beta on ps4 pro and I’d say the lighting and environment textures look good but the characters, guardians and enemies, seem to have a lower poly count and look washed out.

Will it be available in Europe? We don’t get Hulu in the UK but this sounds like a great series to watch.
