I hear you, I feel the exact same thing.
Maybe a bit off topic, but it’s interesting how people can project their political views onto fictional movements. On the other hand, I’ve probably done the same thing in various video games over the years.

I read an interview with Miyamoto in a 90's issue of a Swedish gaming magazine and I clearly remember the reporter being shown an early alpha build featuring Luigi.
