One always has to wonder....is the reason Optimus wasn't killed off at the start of Season 3 because of the "cuts" being made? Regardless if he came back to life or something...the whole thing with Smokescreen seemed like it was leading up to something huge, and then immediately took it back.

...why was Prime so rushed at its conclusion? Was it doing poorly in ratings? I would have watched it for years. The only thing I ever found disappointing about the show was how sloppy the scenery looked compared to the beautiful CGI robots.

On one hand, I want Megatron to return to being a villain, but I dont want his development to be wasted like that...he went through a lot and shouldn't just revert back to who he was...I cant ever see him as a hero, but if he does comeback as an antagonist, it needs to be for a different reason than before.
