That's the point tho; tho see if Cersei can actually be more than the fairytale villian she presented as, and see her using a cunning that can actually be a threat to Daenerys.

I mean it IS a fantasy series, sorry sis.
I think it's obvious we didn't hear any of that because they attacked the next continent over, Westeresteros
I would really like if Cersei was smarter and actually continued to play to the honor of her loyal houses, paint herself as the protector of the real truly, and instead of just killing Tyene and Ellaria, actually shock people by offering mercy.
If Cersei is smart, she would play off Ellaria's murder of Doran. Harp on her revolt and sentence her to death, but show mercy for Dorne as part of one of her kingdoms and legitimize Tyene as Oberyn's heir, thus making her the ruler of Sunspear, marry her to a Dornish house loyal to the crown -or that hopes to move…
Trying to operate on show logic, I think he's a showboat. He has the superiority and doesn't seem he cares about his own loses, so what he's going for is the battle itself; a battle and victory that will be well know and will earn him Cersei's favor.
I think only Tyene poison her weapons? I really can't be sure.
I think that in the show only Tyene is the poison one (also in the books is also only Tyene too who relies on them?)
I think that's that intent. It makes me think that Varys has been playing the "my queen" brownlicker part and Dany finally pushed him to cut the bs.
I legit was shocked how Varys was at first acting even demure, to the point Tyron felt he had to come on his defense but he let Dany have her piece and then was all "Okay let me tell you Christina Aguilera how it is"
Honestly we don't know how Missandei has been taking care of the bussiness so it might be tbh, a girl has needs and it's evident that Grey Worm is a tender kisser.
Some men, like Jon snow, just are born with the ability to kiss "down there"
That the Sand Snakes where finally useful to be hype men was indeed something. And the choreography was cool to be honest, specially since they didn't use blades.
Uh, I was actually kinda surprised how they made the silhouettes/movement all different between the 4 more important characters and actually didn't have that much problem following.
But can you imagine Ramsay actually putting his trade to use? he would have become such a renowned surgeon.
I'm banking on the While Walkers actually stopping a lot to do some sight seeing.
Honestly I'm hoping Sansa is attempting extricate Littlefinger from Robin in a way that she can get rid of Baelish without loosing the forces of the Vale.
He's that good.
I think this episodes greatest strength was to make me feel bad for the Sand Snakes. Not just because they got so thoroughly demolished to hype, but their first scene showed them as children, idiot children but children nontheless. And I was kinda into the idea of the show using them as this trio of pointy children…
And it kinda harkens to an specific kind of lost control for Rachel, the feeling like lab subject. It is indeed a late introduction, but it feels specific enough to only show up now (Her post eye-gouging infirmity on season 3 felt more like being a prisoner, and it was clear she was plotting her way out so she was…
