I love that theory!
I love that theory!
Save her sister.
I'm really enjoying the consistency of the character. She knows what's up, she goes about things with coolness, and it can be either contemptible, or understanding.
He just has to concern himself with being developed, and that's enough. Kendra was so bogged down by THE PLOT, and she barely had time to develop herself.
But still, Nate's motivations are richer, specially how they relate to a superhero journey. It's about his own insecurities, his helplessness, a legacy that he can now fulfill. There is a lot to sort through there, and yeah, even if todays growth was linked to what we have seen, the aspect of knowing he can't just be…
Exactly, Nate is more of Kendra's replacement than Vixen, even when magical badass woman is more apparent a link between Vixen and Hawkgirl, it's the noobness what's a much more strong thematic parallel between Nate and Kendra.
That's the show's strength, the numerous pairings they can come up with. Amaya is great with everyone, but I'm really digging this rapport she has with Mick now, hopefully she will continue to be a great assent and doesn't get bogged down by a love plot tumor.
Nate and Amaya are such good fits for the team that I really want them to even interact with more team-mates. I'm impressed how well they work in an already established cast.
I've seen a lot of people slutshaming Oliver, specially using his past as a playboy as an excuse. Surprisingly, the only two instances of people slutshaming Felicity have been from Olicity fans, and it is both hilarious and sad. Saying things like "how dares she to sleep with another guy on the bed she shared with…
Some people say that if you pause certain scenes, you can see Laurel standing there in the background. Urban legend if you ask me.
I feel this, and I agree with the reviewer saying they are bringing Felicity back to square one in order to develop her again. A soft reset if you will.
I would have really liked if the whole set-up of Artemis parents hadn't come from just that episode.
I really hate it when fans come with way better ideas than the reveal will ever be.
I'd be shook.
I really would have loved to see more of that, definitely a season highlight, if not the IMO, and I'm sad that that was pretty much all we got from the Laurel/Felicity friendship.
With Dhark it should have been either Magically powered or doomdsay bond villain, they DEFINITELY should not have tried to mash up both.
You think they would have gotten better after the first one, but nope. A new level of incompetence!
I do agree the first half of season 3 was good, but there were signs of where things were headed from the start. Like, you could see the were things were going to crack.
Not gonna lie; if Laurel had started picking alley fights during her season 2 spiral, it would have been so awesome.
It was a whole thing. It was important during the moment, now, for some reason it seems less so.
