I had a conversation with some friends the other day about that. Whether or not this is the last swan song for the monsters in our country, or simply the start of a new generation. We couldn’t really decide on anything, but I like to hope it’s the former and not the latter.

I know. We had a transgender woman’s truck in my town torched the day before the election, with “Trump” spray painted down it, and then this happened just down the road. They’re emboldened now, and feel untouchable. The sad thing is, they’re probably right.

It’s horrible. We shouldn’t have anyone in this country afraid like this.. Not ever. I keep hearing people I know on the conservative side of things telling me, “well, this is how we felt 8 years ago.” No, no it is not.

Pretty much. I’ve only had run ins with Libertarians in America, and I count several good friends among their ranks, but I can’t believe some of the shit they pull, and use their political beliefs as an excuse. It’s not unlike some religious extremists I’ve met in my life.

Because every single one I’ve met, friends included, have used their political beliefs as an excuse to treat others like crap and take advantage of them as much as possible.
