I am 100% certain you are correct there. I’m worried we won’t even see it dumped on a streaming service, but that may be too big a waste of possible money for Disney.
Yeah, I didn’t really think that at first because The Maker hasn’t done much with the X-characters that I’m aware of, but I’m starting to think there’s something to that theory. A lot of what’s going on is just devious enough to be something that fucker would come up with.
That’s what I always say to anyone interested in the series. I absolutely loved the series (third book is wonky), but fully admit that it’s not for everyone. Having said that, if Gaiman wants to tweak things a bit to make it work for more people he’s certainly the person I trust to do it properly.
Same here. He’s also mastered pharmacology, using drugs to extort the world, and gone down the “mutant state” road, which always ends well.
Yeah, I wondered why they went with such an obvious riff on The Maker’s outfit. He could certainly be involved here, and super science is his bag, baby.
I’ve been suspecting something funky is going on inside Xavier. He’s certainly always been a jerk, as Kitty Pryde so accurately pointed out, but he’s different here. I suspect Shadow King shenanigans.
Wouldn’t surprise me there. This whole thing seemed destined to fail, despite the fact it looked pretty alright in the few clips I caught.
heh Only the best.
Like SnyderBayRatner says, “doggy style or we riot.”
That bit always gets me to chuckle while also utterly horrifying me.
I like to call it his “sushi roll.”
Those dogs better hump in this movie, or else what’s the point? What have I been working towards then?
There’s also the fact that Swamp Thing was pretty much treated like a prom night dumpster baby by the Warner higher ups from day one. I’m surprised it even got the initial season made, to be perfectly honest. The execs were just waiting to pull the plug on this one.
Awww... That’s adorable. I’m definitely gonna listen to that one.
hah I didn’t know that. Fuckin’ weird.
I don’t know. It looks to be severely lacking in armies of Kung Fu women and Dolemite, baby.
agh I hadn’t heard of that rumor. I would much rather see that happen.
It’ll be another big “What if?”
Apparently we need to check out the Rag commentary. Kohnen mentioned to me just now that Taika kind of confirms the idea that Thor is a God with a big “G” and not just an advanced alien. Has to do with his view of the Thor/Hulk fight in the flick, it seems. I don’t have the Blu Ray release yet, so I’ll need to check…
hah! That’s great. I still need to grab the Blu Ray of the damn movie and check that out. That’s good to hear.
