You weren't clear on that. I thought you meant the Doctor Who episodes he wrote, "The Doctor's Wife," and "Nightmare in Silver." The first appeared in 2011.
He was already married to his current wife before his first episode of Doctor Who aired (he'd been divorced for four years at that point). Also, he is still friends with his first wife, Mary. I don't understand a lot of what you wrote, but I hope those facts set your mind at ease. Neil's not doing anything to hurt…
