The Aveo suffers from that same disease. The hatchback version is nothing remotely pretty itself but it does look 10x better than the bubble butt sedan. I do think that the Sonic sedan improved on that though.

Are there any clues to look for when trying to determine if the used car is a former rental? For instance, a Carfax report could identify the previous owner as “Commercial” but how can you find more specific information than that? Was it a rental, a dealer shuttle, a livery vehicle, etc.?
