How about 3D printed doors? I’m not talking about at the manufacturing plant. No, I mean there is a 3D printer head built into the door opening that literally builds the door up layer by layer after you get in. It might take 24 hours to build that door each time but who cares, you get a brand new door each time you…
Please elaborate. I’m not very familiar with the differences between the two. I figured they were both good value floaty and techy highway mobiles.
I’m seeing the prices as $27.99 in the ‘Size’ selection area but $47.28 next to the ADD TO CART button - what do I have to do to get the Kinja deal?

I agree. Our 2015 Kia’s interior is surprisingly decent. Comparing it to the interior of my 2007 GTI I’d say that it’s on par with that in terms of materials and finish, and the OLED gauges are nice to look at and feel more modern that the VW gauges. The newer VW interiors are a bit nicer than my ‘07 was but that’s to…
The Ford transmission plant here in Cincinnati has those segregated parking signs.
Actually, you don’t need a new head unit to get that Mazda NAV button to work - you just need to buy the control module from the dealer or some other source. After that it’s a fairly simple DIY plug-and play installation.
Somebody really trusts his rollcage
That would be smart. Let’s say you had already bought the vehicle (for arguments sake let’s assume it’s a lightly used minivan), and were curious about the history - any other ways to find out?
Are there any clues to look for when trying to determine if the used car is a former rental? For instance, a Carfax report could identify the previous owner as “Commercial” but how can you find more specific information than that? Was it a rental, a dealer shuttle, a livery vehicle, etc.?
I have been eyeing THIS very car on the Cincinnati CL for the past 2 weeks. It’s only 20 minutes from me and it has taken a great deal of self control to not drive down there and buy it.
If the wheels aren't to your taste you could trade for OEM wheels + cash. That cash would then be best saved for maintenance and upkeep.
Call me crazy but I see some Viper in the front end
Yes, this is done incorrectly so often. I hate seeing shoulder belts in import hatchbacks and sedans run from the front seat back all the way to the rear seatbelt mounting locations. This seems to be done a lot in Japan and is duplicated by ignorant enthusiasts here. That’s a lot of length of belt that can suddenly go…
My VW keyfob somehow worked to unlock a Mitsubishi
Yes, the Fiero has a clutch safety switch so the pedal needs to be depressed in order to start the engine. My 1986 GT had the faulty clutch pedal design (the soft one that had a tenancy to bend) and I broke that switch when repairing the pedal. I just ziptied the plunger in the “clutch-in” position essentially…
The chevrons appeared in the original spec but have been removed from the current baseline. Though they do reduce noise they also come with an SFC penalty. If noise targets can be hit without them they are gone.
