the local stl paper is reporting the driver is cooperating, did not know of the rally and the street wasn’t full of people at the time, just a few. She didn’t see the person in the road that got hit until it was too late-and fled when people started shooting at her.

Particularly as a truck was recently used as weapon of mass-murder in France. If this person deliberately drove into a group of protesters, it was an attempt to kill or injure multiple people.

Hopefully they catch them and the person or persons who fired guns. If they were, in fact, among the demonstrators, they aren’t only being horribly reckless but endangering the reputation of a movement that absolutely does not need this right now.
