You’re not very smart. I’ve made the point repeatedly.
Of course you don’t want to watch. That’s the point. We fund the torture and slaughter of animals in terrible conditions so we can cheaply eat their flesh. We don’t want to think how it gets there.
You seem confused as to what a ‘straw man’ is. You can disagree with what I’ve written (and be wrong), but at no point have I erected a straw man.
Strange response, as if the fact you don’t eat meat means that 90% of the people commenting here do.
No, wrong. You’re the one making a ridiculous argument to excuse your literal funding of animal torture.
They are when the food isn’t necessary for sustenance, as is the case for any American of means when it comes to factory farms.
Not a completely different animal. People of means in this country eat factory farm meat because they want to enjoy the cheap flesh and don’t want to think too hard as to how it got there. We fund the torture and slaughter of animals, and then get morally righteous with bullfighting.
This is a bad point.
I specifically referred to factory farming and you responded by telling me that not all animals are killed in factory farms.
It’s not messed up at all. The fact of the matter is that if you eat factory farm meat, you are literally funding the torture and killing of animals, and it’s not necessary. You don’t eat meat for health reasons.
Appealing to evolution to defend something unethical is really lame. Also, I’m not on a high horse. I’m not vegan.
Ehh, anyone who eats factory farm meat is really only different by a matter of degrees. Yes, they make these animals suffer for entertainment. You make them suffer so you can enjoy their cheap and tasty flesh.
Memes almost universally suck for their lack of nuance, but I don’t see how that distinction matters all that much. He joined the team that had the best regular season ever, and who had just beaten him after being down 3-1.
The biggest. Yes.
I mean, you can argue that Draymond is more valuable than Klay in the playoffs/finals, but you act like that’s a slam dunk.
You realize you just compared a decade of All-Stars to one year of All-Stars, right? You can’t possibly be this stupid, can you? That’s astounding that you can’t see how stupid that is.
I suppose I’d counter that it takes immense skill to still play the game he does, when you take into account his passing, vision, ball-handling (for a guy his size), and overall basketball IQ. He’s also turned himself into a better-than-average jump shooter.
Genuine question: what is it that you don’t like about James’ actual game? I can understand why someone might think he’s a tool, but I truly don’t understand what there is not to like about his game.
Good rebuttal.
