No, I’m with you. Totally. My mistake was equating circumstantial with ‘non-physical.’ I think that is probably the common mistake when discussing it. Not excusing my ignorance, of course!

The hood DNA is way more than 25% damning, as Avery never claimed to have touched the hood of her Rav4. They also know the battery was unplugged. Of course it’s not true that one would have to open her hood to kill her. That rhetorical question doesn’t even make sense.
Like who? Genuinely asking.
The fact you don’t even think the DNA under the hood would be good evidence considering her blood was found in the car, and the car was found on his property is absolutely insane to me.
“Perhaps in one of Halbach’s several visits to Avery’s place she had car trouble, and Avery gave her a jump.”
Right, which is why the only people I’m disagreeing with are those that are claiming he’s clearly innocent.
Except that might have helped obtain a conviction, so it is truly incompetent, even though it’s obviously slimy.
Oh, no, tons of people are arguing he’s innocent. Many in this thread. The OP in this very thread said it would be ‘astonishing if he were really guilty.’
Shit, I agree that cocotlan isn’t thinking rationally, but you’re last question is so, so stupid.
Except that I’ve continually and repeatedly said he should have been found not guilty.
I’m not positive I understand your question, but if you’re simply referring to the attendance in Stl, the answer is quite clear: the team has had 12 consecutive non-winning seasons, along with the worst 5 year stretch of football in the HISTORY of the league. On top of that, they have an owner who has shown utter…
False. They have been for quite some time. The Rams attendance is directly related to the fact that they’ve had 12 consecutive non-winning season, and an owner who has an outright contempt for them. The attendance would be the same in at LEAST 75% of NFL cities.
By the way, yes, Facebook sucks, but that dude’s fan page is a weird mix of over the top fandom, homoeroticism for the players, political commentary, and the guy’s insecurities laid bare.
Stl has had 12 non-winning seasons in a row, the worst five year stretch in the history of the league in the middle of that period, and an owner who has an outright contempt for the city. The idea that StL didn’t ‘support’ the Rams is silly. I get why Stan wants to move. I’m a realist, but that part is crap. The 9ers…
1. Anyone that uses more than one question mark after a question is a sociopath.
I’ve written nothing that would possibly suggest I think it’s good that anyone would be convicted on bad evidence. My point is that relatively speaking, there is a shit ton of evidence in this case.
It is indeed baffling that someone could find it ‘astonishing’ that he would actually be guilty of the crime. It requires emotion to outweigh reason that you would find it astonishing, I’m afraid.
Thank you for the correction.
I couldn’t agree more.
